Both manga involved secret organisation, male lead with supreme ability (hacking in BM and the 'Power of king' in GC ). Both of the male lead seemed to be a useless high school kid at first glance. And both mangas give off exciting feelings as you continue further. (I would recommend to watch the anime version of guilty crown too.) Give it a go and you'll see what I mean. 

The Similarity on both these manga is when the MC take a weapon from inside a character's body 

Both have a virus that kills people by transforming them in crystal/metal. Both have a main guy with a deceased sister. Both have two male best friend protagonists: a blonde guy which is a badass and a brown haired guy that does not wishes to fight. Both have an extremely powerful girl with magical power as heroine, and in both the theme is "save the world".
