Two siblings meet for the first time after many years of being separated... They love each other so, so much. Too much, maybe. Great art in both manga, and you won't be able to stop reading!

I feel that Eden no Hana is similar to The Name of the Flower in many ways. The most profound similarity in my eyes though, has to be the severe depth of emotion it shows. The complex backgrounds to feelings found in Eden no Hana always keeps you on the edge of your seat. Another similarity is the relationship between characters. In Eden no Hana, The two main characters (Midori and Tokio) are said to be brother and sister reunited by Tokio's desire to find his long lost sister. In both EnH and MB love develops between the two siblings. However in EnH there is a darker tone in what happened to the little sister in the past and before she meets her brother, while MB is more on the lighter side. In both there are misunderstandings about whether they are blood related or not. On the whole, If you like one you'll definitely like the other as well!

same author, both deal with serious topics and first love - eden no hana is much darker though, while 100% no kimi e has a lighthearted feel to it despite the seriousness of the topics touched in the story

Eden no Hana is much more dark than Cat Street, but even so, they both involve female leads who were psychologically impacted by their pasts and try to open up to world once again.

Sugar family is more lighthearted as compared to Eden no hana. However, they do have funny/idiotic brother and a cold(?) sister :) Both manga are similar one way or the other in terms of characters. But in terms of plot, they do have similarities and differences. If you like one, you would have like the other :)
