Both revolve around peculiar female protagonists in a relaxed slice of life series and the comedy is pretty similar as we watch our protagonists get into awkward situations with hilarious actions.

Two absurdist comedies revolving around a large cast of unique characters in a small cozy town.

Both are fantastic manga, mixing slice of life elements with elements of other genres like science fiction or horror, but ultimately remaining grounded in a simple character-driven narrative with quality comedic elements. Mob Psycho has ONE's distinctive artstyle, while SoreMachi resembles a late 90s/early 2000s anime in the style of Serial Experiments Lain or the Big O, but are both excellent. SoreMachi and Mob Psycho also share a very good ending.

Tasogare Memorandum is a much shorter read but both manga have very similar vibes in that they are slice of life with sort-of mystery undertones. Both have laid-back tones but can have serious moments when they want it. Simple, heart-warming, and wholesome reads.

If You want to read another lighthearted comedy centered around Mystery, Soredeimo is a good choice, it doesn't have any ecchi but it has plenty of comedy and mysteries, plus if you got with the itching of trying to solve any of the mysteries you can try that in Soredeimo!

Both series shows daily lives with occasional bizarre incident involving alien/ghost/dimension travel etc. The concept of "daily lives goes by even when bizarre thing happened" shown by combining normal daily lives & supernatural phenomenon. The difference is that Soremachi got normal human neighborhood as a setting while Centaur take a setting in modern-ish fantasy world.
