The MC's art is very similar and the art concepts (not style) are similar. Both concern the supernatural. Both can get dark at times. The nonchalance of the characters when something happens that most people would consider crazy is the same in both series. The sense of humor is similar. And finally, both are short series that end well.

Both have the MC interacting with youkai at a school. Both have Mc being a food source eaten (Baketeriya) /drank from (Rosario to vampire). Both have multiple girls that are love interest. Baketeriya is more of a love triangle. While Rosario to Vampire is a harem with more girls in the mix.

Both stories have a set up where the main character is pretty much a food source for demons/youkai, and the story is about the relationships that develop between them. In 'Lilim Kiss' Takaya unseals a demon (Lilim) and becomes her energy source, but in 'Baketeriya' Naoya is forced into a position where he becomes a treat for a group of youkai.

The protagonist is a stereotypical weak human teen boy with the virgin -trope who interacts with Japanese yokai. There are some moderate fanservice elements present in both (more in Yokai Girls) but the thematical elements are relatively similar in the supernatural aspect.
