Both kind of play with the idea of buying "living dolls". The stories also give off similar vibes.

Both are collections of one-shots, mostly featuring "dolls" (life-like robots/androids). Both are very psychological.

Doll starts out as (mostly) self-contained stories about how humanity interacts with robots and each other, often with Twilight Zone twist endings. The short stories in Don't Say Any More, Darling give the same feeling of stories about humanity and twist endings only with more of a yaoi flavor. The second story in Don't Say Any More Darling (My Eternal Sweetheart) really reminded me of Doll as it was a futuristic story and touching about sexaroids and their creator.
