Both feature female leads with small statures who are aggressively pursuing somewhat reluctant men. TnH is set in college and has a lot more sex, while KnH is set in high school and has a bit of a psychological feel to it. But at the end of the day, both stories revolve around guys who are trying to sort out their desire to commit to their respective relationships.

Both are seinen romances about young men falling in love with extremely young-looking adult women.

Love stories about older women trying to run away from their pasts and the younger guys that they end up in a relationship with.

These two stories deal with an older woman and her encounters with a younger guy. Both stories represent very well their respective demographic. Toshiue no Hito is a lot more mature, and involves more mature situations (aka, sex scenes), the relationship between the main characters is a lot more sexual than you can expect it to be, and Kyou wa Kaisha deals more with romance and drama, the older woman and her worries regarding love-life.

Same mangaka and art styles. Both have mature storylines. Happy Negative Marriage has more views on marriage from single men's views while Toshiue is more about the relationship of a couple with 8 years age difference (if i'm not wrong).

Same author, similar story about older girlfriend and younger man (this time placed in office) and beautiful but borderline hentai art.

The main girl characters are the same, both aren't well endowed, and the boys are both taller than the girls. The guys are both at some point in the manga impotent.

If you like your female protagonists on the petite side, don't be afraid to check this out. While Toradora! is not as 'mature' as Toshiue no Hito in terms of both graphic scenes and character development, the plot and art quality are both solid, with real romantic development (and conclusion).

Both are from Ryuta Amazume who tries to get with Nana to Kaoru on the next "stage" of his Work.
