Both girls are able to find talented people to work in showbiz and end up as managing very hot guys. 

Both manga involve high school girls who meet and get involved with multiple guys because of their dads, although in different ways. There are love triangles and friendships formed and the endings are not THAT unexpected. 

Due to the heroine's high position, there are men who try to get close to them for their own benefit, but the heroine finds that there are still people she can trust. 

Because the heroines are daughters of men who have a lot of power (although in different areas), they are taken advantage of constantly by other men and find it hard to find someone they can trust. 

Both of these manga's involve a teenage girl in the music industry. One manga, Seiyuu Ka—!, is at school trying to become an idol, while Yume Chu is about a girl who discovers idols. 

It is about a girl who kind of fits in with the school host club. Shes around theses guys but there is a romance between the leader and the girl. But its not very big because she's dense and he's a little childish. 

It's a similar plot about a young girl with an eye for talent who works in a entertainment company. Yume Chu is longer that Happy Toy, so it's better developed and fleshes out its characters better, but both are still a very fun read. 

NRS is better, but here are more stories about the entertainment world. 

-Comedy and Romance -Both stories tell about a girl that have a "gift" for discovering "special" people, talents. They're quite similar and you if enjoyed one you'll probably like the other.  

Both are focused on conflicting feelings with love in show business. Also both have strong female lead that aren't afraid to take care of business and have a past where they had been taken advantage of by another who wanted to advance their own career.
