If you liked the main themes of Osuteki Darling which in my opinion are the older girl with younger guy, there sex life, and worries about being to perverted than you'll enjoy Itadakimasu. The story give you more of evrything; more chapters, more funny, more sex, and way more perverted female lead. Though at times itadakimasu is bit more goofier than this one its still a nice story that will keep you entertained. You thinnk of it like this if this manga is a brand new cadalac coup than itadakimasu is a brand new escalde. both vary nice just one is more period. 

If you liked Itadakimasu, try S Love. They are just good steamy josei romances and in each the gal is older than the guy but it's more about the type of steamy romance they are than that. They are mature love stories with some comedy, light hearted and not with a lot of the angsty drama you see in some joseis, more just fun true romance.  

both are about women that work at bridal salons and both women are older. both funny and sweet 

Both involve relationship of a working women with a high school boy. While Itadakimasu has the ecchi element Kimi wa petto doesn't. Both are light hearted and very funny. Both are excellent works worth reading. 

More mature stories about working women dating younger men.
