Both have protag's love interest being somewhat of a mysterious and weird personality whilst also being the dominant person within the relationship. While also sharing the theme of young adolescent love.  

So both of these mangas were written by the same guy. The main concept is very very similar. However, Nozoki Ana is far more sexual and depicts the characters actually having sex. I didn't find either of these to be particularly good, but they were interesting enough for me to keep reading. 

While Aku no Hana is a little more 'deep' both have protagonist who have a dark secret and a girl who's trying to blackmail them into doing their bidding.  

Manipulative girls? CHECK Weak, totally against the agreement leading males? CHECK Blackmail? CHECK These two manga have similar plot lines. The two main characters are caught doing something that they never meant to do by the girls and end up being blackmailed into a voyeuristic relationship. 

Both of these ecchi titles primarily revolve around a secret relationship between the male and female leads. In Nana to Kaori, the relationship is tied to BDSM activities. In Nozomi x Kimio, the relationship is tied to voyeurism and exhibitionism.
