Some titles have their own style added into the manga, this is totally fine - so cartoonish features and anatomically incorrect proportions are fine - so long as backgrounds or character art is high quality and reminiscent of realistic imagery/CGI then its eligible for this list. For the otaku interested in manga with stories happening in the times of the Romans (10) and Greek (7), and Gauls (1). aka "don't let your kid read this alone" manga, or "why the F is this Shounen?" manga.
