First off, it's manga about a matchmaking system for the youth by the Japanese government - Koi to Uso explores the conflicts that can arise with such a system while Sore wa Totsuzen, Unmei no Aite ga is a lighter, more positive take on the subject. This is not a common plot in manga, so when I started reading Koi to Uso I immediately remembered Sore wa Totsuzen, Unmei no Aite ga - which I had read a long time ago. It's like two different sides of the same coin. Readers who like the topic would likely be interested in seeing the different takes these two  read more

Both of these romance titles revolve around the creation of relationships as a result of a government initiative.

Similar manga about short stories about romantic relationships forming through an unorthodox manner.

Almost the same premise, government controlling people's relationships and the like except not exactly.

Japan's population is declining, we need to do something to fix that! Countrouble takes the magical strategy, using the help of a witch to make your love prospect like you. Sore wa Totsuzen, Unmei no Aite ga takes a more technical approach to the issue, using DNA technology to find the best partner.

Both manga tell stories about different couple and their romamce.

Medium length manga about high school romance, friendship, and bond between various characters. They both have crisp, elegant art, and a very calm and relaxing pace of story telling, even if the story-telling format is a little bit different.

Government programs set up for the purpose of matchmaking and forming couples.

Tell stories about how different couples come to be together (multiple short stories of different couples in each manga). It is worth mentioning that all of these stories in both manga feature first loves between characters. The development of relationships is also cute and fluffy.

both feature multiple couples although in KimiKiss there's one male protagonist with romance's spanning multiple time lines
