Manga: Love Roma
Two comic, slice-of-life romance stories about fairly odd-ball high school kids falling in love and trying to make their relationships work. Hajimete Datteba is much more ecchi, but otherwise if you like one, you'll very likely like the other.

Both mangas are about a couple trying to and ultimately succeeding in having sex.

Both of these romantic comedies primarily follow the inception and development of a relationship between the male and female leads. Do note however that Hajimete Datteba features more mature elements than Boku wa Hajikko ga Suki given that the couple is of an older age.
