Manga: Lilim Kiss
Both stories are about a human falling in love with a succubus. the only difference being Devil Ecstasy is more of a heart felt romance where Lillim Kiss is a lil more troupey, but it's about as short of a series as Lilim Kiss

Manga: Sentou Hakai Gakuen Dangerous
These two are extremely funny and sadly just as underrated. They take on a stupid premise and let the characters face the consequences head on, dead serious. Both are also penned by famous mangakas, Aku no Hana and Onanimaster Kurasawa are famous titles, so it's strange how they get so little attention.

Manga: Prison School
Prison School and Devil Ecstasy have the similar amount of nudity and over-the-top humor. Prison School is more clever and Devil Ecstasy are cruder, but if you enjoy the humor of Prison School you should be able to laugh at Devil Ecstasy as well. Both are extremely funny.

Manga: School Ningyo
School girls who eat other school girls, or demon girls who eat men's "jizz". I cant really decide, and luckily you dont have to pick a favorite, you can read them both. Because they are great. School Ningyo does per now not contain any sex or nudity, except for hoards of girls in school swimming uniforms. Which is great, too.

Manga: Detroit Metal City
Detroit Metal City and Devil Ecstacy have the similar kind of feeling to it, the humor and drawing style, though Devil Ecstacy is totally NSFW. Both have this kind of slap-stick comedy that is way over the top, and challenges what you feel is appropriate to laugh at.
