Lots of ecchi, lots of cute girls, and the occasional smashing of the fourth wall. 

A protagonist who's life is interrupted by the introduction of an unusual magical girl type. Violence and humor all rolled together. 

Both follow a male protagonist who becomes a zombie with super strength after a female character intervenes with his death. Both also feature combat, romance, and comedy. 

Similarites between these two titles include: supernatural themes and settings; characters who belong to different factions and organisations; male protagonists who are oftentimes surrounded by many females; comedy, romance, and action aesthetics mixed in with some ecchi. 

Both these shounen series revolve around male protagonists who are surrounded by a number of female characters of various species pertaining to the supernatural. Both feature comedy, romance, action, and ecchi. Do note however that Rosario+Vampire is more serious in tone compared to the light-hearted aesthetic of Kore wa Zombie desu ka?.
