story: 4 it is obviously a melodrama and seemingly written to fulfil the author's own fetishes. the situations are extremely wacky and makes you blink twice, lean forward, and then pull away in disbelief. its not meant to be understood. characters: 1 i dont have much to say for the main character, he learns to accept his abilities and uses it to his advantage? the cast is extremely over the top and all combined have zero braincells. they also lack morals, none of them are good people - especially the sister? like what on earth. art: 4 the art is retro aesthetic and ... Futaba-kun Change! is a very interesting piece of work. I don't remember laughing quite so hard on a lot of other manga or anime. *Warning* There is quite a bit of nudity so be careful where or who you read this around.
That said the next closest thing for a comparison is Ranma 1/2 but that only comes close to the absurdity and strait hilarity of some of the scenarios in FKC. FKC is roughly split in a three ways between being a romantic comedy, an action, and a gender bender. But is way more silly than Ranma 1/2. (As hard as that is to believe.) The ... |
