The are both have a verry rapetastic plot with this one being more along the lines of emotional rape while the other is out right rape that some how turns to love. Maybe im not the right person to make a recomedation on a manga i dislike to manga i hated but here it is

Both series have very possessive male leads.

On top of the fact that both series made by the same author, both series are psychological shoujo where the relationship depicted between the heroine and her love interest is unhealthy and abusive. It portrays the negative outcomes of a relationship that's gone horribly wrong, and none of the abuse are portrayed in a positive light at all. Aishite Kudasai has the love interest to be possessive albeit a bit mentally unstable while in BokuKoi, the love interest is doing it out of hatred for the heroine and desire to see her suffer.
