This is a psychological manga too

Rumors and mysteries laced with the truth? Antagonists hiding behind fox masks? Troubled high school girls seeking for help? Both Tsumitsuki and Kiben Gakuha, Yotsuya-senpai no Kaidan have those elements going for them. However the largest similarity is that the third arc of Yostsuya-senpai resembles Tsumitsuki's over-all plot (be it either the "seed-planting" antagonists who watch their victims do their work or the victims getting "possessed" and acting out of character). Even the characters, Kuroe (Tsumitsuki) and Kudou (Yotsuya-senpai) are quite similar. Over all, if you enjoy eerie stories, a good thrill and liked either of the titles, I'd recommend checking the other one out.

Both manga contain small rural towns in which monsters lurk. Each are very gory and detailed, with characters getting eaten or torn apart. Each have physcological backgrounds, and are interesting short reads.

Both of them are about people who get possessed by demons

Both tell short horror stories with supernatural occurrences. If you liked one of them, you will probably like the other.

Both are about someone who "punishes" people who have bad thoughts and intentions, and even if Kurenai no Ookami to Ashikase no Hitsuji isn't a horror manga, it's pretty gore too.

Both are horror/psychological. Demons, curses, blood, and cute girls start killing!

Both manga belong to the horror/thriller/mystery/supernatural/psychological genre, have a creepy aura, and involve: a little remote village in which unnatural facts are happening, a legend about ancient spirits/demons, and masks.

Horrors and thrills in a single volume. Tsumitsuki belongs to the horror/supernatural genre, but they share the same mysterious, psychological vibes with the beautiful art of Hiro Kiyohara.

Both are creepy short series dealing with the denizens of a particular town and the unusual and unsettling events than afflict them, with the protagonist switching regularly and the stories appearing at first more or less unrelated but gradually tying together.

Both are short, episodic supernatural horror series with a recurring protagonist and an otherwise perpetually changing cast that deal with death, guilt, revenge, and punishment.

Short horror series centring around unusual deaths related to local folklore, taking place in a small town, but mostly a school. Tsumitsuki is semi-episodic and has a slightly more fantasy-style view of the supernatural, but having the same artist (though Another is based on a novel) results in them having the same kind of style, pacing, and overall dark ambiance.

These enthrilling manga share a very similar plot, as they both revolve around demons (respectively called Freaks & Tsumitsuki) which feed on people's negative feelings (sins, guilt, stress, murderous intents, perversions, etc) and, as they grow, possess their body, soul and mind, which leads to a violent death. Asagi Nanami & Kuroe are both mysterious, at times eerie guys who hunt those creatures with their supernatural powers. Both manga are dark, unique, and great.
