I'm so glad I managed to find English scanlations of this online and on the Crimson Obscura amino group, since this book was never released outside of Japan and there's no other way to read this.
This is a manga with a collection of short stories based on the video game Fatal Frame 3: The Tormented with a mixture of comedy/parody and horror comics done by different artists. Since this was done by mulitple people the art style changes with each story. to find the cell keys and save his neice. The twins in the game had no back story, but the manga artist for that chapter gave the girls names and a story.
Some of the stories are okay and the comedy/parody ones are fine. I do like how some of the characters like Amane and the before mentioned twin shrine maidens from Kei's chapter get stories.
If you are a die hard fatal frame 3 fan I recommend giving this a try if you can find the online English scans. If Fatal Frame 3 wasn't your favorite game then you can skip this. Again, there are no physical copies in English and the Japanese copies are pretty expensive and not worth your money if you can't even read them.
