Honestly, I was pretty suprised when I found out that this manga is not that popular in other countries.
This manga is honestly amazing. The characters are all well-written, and the characters are also kids with no clue (maybe) about the adult world, making it understandable if they make childish mistakes.
The whole manga is viewed from the perspective of an elementary school students. Making the story make you feel nostalgic with your elementary school years.
I can tell Ono Eriko having fun writing the story and drawing each of the panel.

I read the manga since i was.. 7?? and yeah, as a casual weeb, i enjoy this a lot. And by a lot, i mean A LOT.
The characters are cute and it's really easy to root for them. The chapters are episodic, so you can jump on any of them right away. There is currently 33 volumes by the time i'm writing this, and let's just say, i never got bored of them. i could be bored one day and just randomly choose a volume I wont say much because i'm not the best at reviewing stuff, and props to Eriko-sensei for this wholesome series that made my childhood |
