Both mangas include a pairing between men of different ethnicity. In OtK, though, it starts out as a slavery bond in which the seme owns the uke, while in IIR it is always a mutual love relationship.

Foreign love affair, what can I say? Ikoku Irokoi Romantan is a bit more dramatic maybe and our royalty here is instead the heir to a important yakuza group, but if you're looking for another BL where the culture and social gap are conflicting forces in a love born from a very short meeting, then it's the same bloody thing.

In this manga there is an attractive yakuza member who attracts attention from men all around him-if you liked the yakuza theme in it then this is a good choice for you

Both mangas involve the ukes being sexually taken advantage of by another man, and are ultimately saved by the seme.

Both mangas contain very prideful ukes that despise being misused or ill-treated. In IIR, the uke is molested, and in Junjou the uke is picked on for his small stature and cute face. Both ukes take revenge through means of violence. Junjou, however, is a much lighter, and more humorous read.

They both have men that got their own pride to deal with. Ai no Gebokutachi is funnier and many ways and at the same time entertaining as well

Written by the same author. Both involve ukes needing to be saved from men trying to molest/rape them, and the super protective semes coming to the rescue.

Great yaoi stories of a less then excited uke ^^ But that doesn't mean the seme doesn't try.
