New Interest Stack

Interest Stacks

- No Fully Gag or iyashikei Manga, so No NNB, Barakamon or Aria
- I Will Allow Witch Watch and a few others Since there is dramatic scenes in them even if its sparse.
- There can be male protagonists in the series, but at least 75% of the manga has to revolve around the Female Lead.
- I Will also not include SOME harem/romance manga, but only some, a bit abitary but again dont wanna conflate the list
- I May count genderbent manga

Number of sales and date that number was acquired from in notes for each. Some of them I have personally estimated a higher figure than the date says.

No. 162 would be Nippon no Rekishi. It's for children and I can't find it on MAL. It has 24 volumes and started in 1981, and has sold 20.2 million (March 19th, 2020).

No. 165 would be Cuffs - Kizu Darake no Chizu by Jin Tojo, and has sold 20 million (February 14th, 2022).

No. 183 would be The Tale of Genji by Waki Yamato. Couldn't find exactly which one it was she made, and has sold 20 million (May 1st, 2021).

A manga about a thief.

Includes light novels. Sequels or other series are not included.
Works that are not registered in MAL have been cut, although Wikipedia was used as a reference.

(Pretend that Harukana Receive is Bushizawa Receive, because I couldn't find that here, so I just picked a manga that looked the closest in name)

Order is from ochd.co.uk, so it may not be alphabetical

A lot more Jump manga from the 80's were (fully) translated to English's when compared to the 70's - enjoy.

If I missed any please tell me.

Manga somehow related to Clamp: referenced in their works and mentioned in interviews.

Not on MAL:
Macaroni Horenso by Tsubame Kamogawa (mentioned in xxxHolic)
Comet-san by Mitsuteru Yokoyama (Kobato inspiration)
Kyonyuu Hunter - Ohkawa likes this but I'm unsure about the author, I'm gonna assume it's the one by Kouichiro Yasunaga

This is in WORKING PROGRESS. There's still a couple of characters I need to find out which manga they are from
