Both these serialisations situate a human male protagonist amongst a number of female canine companions who have taken human forms. Romance and ecchi are the main focus of both serialisations. 

Both are about a scientist turning female dogs into cute female humans. 

Both of them have similar humour, romance, guy wid many girls sort of style 

Both mangas main female protagonists are originally animals having human forms. In Inumimi it was done by using science while in Carnivorous Princess Yegrinna they can turn in/out at will using their magical powers. 

Both mangas have a guy surrounded by a number of girls, and in both some of the girls arepartially an animal, dogs in inumimi and a cat in omamori himari, both have similar humour.

The narrative of these two titles involve canines who have taken on human forms and the male protagonists whom must attend to the mishaps caused by their transformation. Both titles feature a lot of ecchi.

Both contain half girl/half dog characters, ecchi plot, also Yuichiro and Keita have the same problem, their dogs are super cute girls, and how not to become a zoophile.
