They are both about soccer however Fantasista is only about soccer and doesn't have the supernatural element. In both the MCs are the best at soccer. They kick butt.

Both are sports manga, (15 being rugby and t.r.a.p. being soccer) though t.r.a.p. has slight supernatural twist to it. The target for both manga are the same: to reach the pinnacle of their sport in highschool - to reach the nationals/hanazono. Both mains have a cute personality and childlike appearance that catches everyone off-guard when it's discovered how skillful they are with their sport. Ebina (of 15) and Igarashi (of t.r.a.p.) also have similar personalities and have a corresponding relationship with the mains of both manga. Both manga even have a similar general style regarding how the chapters pan out the plot as well.
