Both about boys who prefer to dress up as girls, However Usotsuki Lily's En does it because he hates men!

The guy cross-dresses in both occasions and both manga's can be funny and sweet. Both are definitely must-reads. If you like one you'll surely love the other.

Both manga are beautifully drawn and light-hearted (and sometimes extremely silly). In Ouran only the main character (Haruhi) cross-dresses, but in Usotsuki Lily, nearly every character cross-dresses at least once (for various reasons). Both break the fourth wall constantly, and both implement the trope of not promoting the main characters in grades. While Ouran centres around the Host Club, Usotsuki Lily focuses more on the characters and their struggles and triumphs in their relationships with one another. Very delightful reads.

They both give off the same feeling, like, the two main characters don't have too much conflict and are honest with each other (sometimes). -the guys are hiding their true self, but are actually popular if they show themselves, and it happens to be the girl that accepts them for it. In Usolily, En is a cross dresser at school, and hinata accepts him for being a cross dresser. In Horimiya, miyamura is seen as gloomy and depressing at school, but hori accepts his gloomy self and they form a connection. -art is similar

They both talk about the troubles that the heroine of the manga faces as they deal with their abnormal boyfriends, yet they still love them and accept them all the same.

both cross dressing pretty boy

Both mangas have similar (near) endings. Also, relationship between others seem similar (except in Usotsuki Lily, they have really weird relationships, but fights and such are pretty similar in both). Both main couples must go through complications in plot and learn to accept each other, no matter who they are, in order to move on with their relationship. However, Usotsuki Lily is much more complex and comedic, whereas B.O.D.Y is complex, but serious and full of many shoujo cliches.

- Both manga with a crossdressing theme (though they do it for different reasons) - Both cute romances If you like one I bet you like the other too :)

Both series feature feminine boys that fall for a girl. Although the personalities of the female lead are different, both manga give off a similar feeling especially in the aspect that the female leads are both reluctant to accept the feelings of the male lead. Both manga are relatively light-hearted and funny. If you like one, the other will probably be to your liking as well.

Both pretty great manga, about dealing with the "inner self" though Usotsuki Lily is much more heavy on the lgbt. I do prefer the latter, though.

its about a cross dressing guy who likes a girl as well he ends up embracing it

Both are shoujo comedies. The males lead lack traditional manly characteristics while the female leads aren't that feminine. Big parts of both manga are about gender roles.

While the plots may seem rather very different, the overall development of both mangas is similar. It all starts with a small cast of characters that keeps growing as the main characters gain more friends. The feelings of these two mangas are very similar.

Both of these manga started out as one-shots. Of course they were too good for that so they became ongoing titles. The slice of life romance theme is the same in both Usotsuki Lily and Koakuma Lion.

Almost similar switch between the girl-boy positions

Romances between a girl, and a boy who crossdresses. Only, in Mizuho, the boy keeps his true gender a secret from her. Mizuho is also a little bit pervy.

there both about cross dressers but are done in a way that isn't cheesy also the male underneath is really good looking

both gender benders with the guy more ladylike than the girl. both cute and funny though usotsuki lily is a lighter read
reportRecommended by sojusake
In both mangas the male protagonists crossdress , in Usotsuki lily he does it because he hates man while in kimi no neiro he does it because he says he is cute

Both have to do with kids who cross dress and their struggles and moments with their relationships. Usotsuki Lily is more lighthearted than Hourou Musuko, but both are a joy to read.
