-It's all fun and games at school until something happens. -Don't be misguided by the cute cover of Gakkou Gurashi -Both horror and survival

Written by the same author, Corpse Party: Blood Covered and Dolls Fall tells of a grim story at a school where there's secrets and truths that lies forbidden for visitors. There are many cryptic clues that is conveyed through dialogues, messages, and violent deaths that occurs throughout both series. And with mystery, both series also connects the past with the present throughout their story. The main characters realizes that their lives are in danger after witnessing certain events and must find a way to survive. If you're a fan of horror fiction, then definitely give both a try.

I'm still reading Hohzuki Island, but from the beginning reminded me a lot Corpse Party. Children escaping the death, spirits, a place far away and almost impossible to exit. The drawings and similar expressions also.
