I will just be rating based on the two chapters I was able to read.
The only English translations I could find were for Chapter 2 Visitors and Chapter 4 Joyful Bell.
Satoshi Kon is an excellent director and has written some nice work as well. Generally, I praise his work but because this is not finished I think it was decent but enjoyable to read.

The only reason I even picked up this manga was because I liked another work of Satoshi's, Kaikisen.
The art style was of course similar but a little worse than Kaikisen. There are 4 different chapters, they are not related at all. They are just simple horror ghost stories, but what the 4 chapters have in common is that they all revolve around the same concept of the house being haunted.
