These two series can be considered "brother" series. They were both serialized around the same time, both ended around the same time and therefore had nearly the same number of volumes. Both series have similar artwork and deal with a group of strong fighters with unique abilities dealing with the nightmares of their past. Getbackers is slightly less serious than SDK.

Both are fantasy-tinged action-centred series about groups of freelancers with unusual areas of expertise. In both series the main characters' backstories become gradually increasingly important, with their attempts to discard their pasts giving way to confrontation and conflict.

Somehow it give off the same feeling as getbackers. Two guy trying to do their job looking for gods, but can't and are totally penniless(sound kind of familiar) the characters are also very much alike with the cute and cheerful partner that have a scary side to them and the one who gets annoy.

Both have a gay undertone with a mysterious, smart glasses character and an almost child-like partner. Both have serious and life-threatening moments, but GetBackers has more comedy and light moments than Wild Adapters. They both also have the same kind of feel, if you know what I mean.

A pair of misfits for hire who get themselves into trouble and have terrible luck with money. In GetBackers it is Ban and Ginji running a recovery service and in Burst Angel it is Meg and Jo who are "jacks of all trades". Both have good fights.

The two series are about a group that have special powers, and take on villains like the mobsters and that thing.A group that also have mission,in GB is to take back objects and in CB is to fight off the criminals. Also Akimine Kamijyo and Yuya Aoki are friends in real life, there was a one-shot whem the Samurai Deeper Kyo and GB crew thry to retrive Plue from Rave Master to Mr.Mashima(Hiro Mashima),just a example of their friendship.

Two uniquely skilled guys and their ever-increasing group of allies work through supernaturally-tinged cases that their unique skill sets permit them to tackle and try to grind down some of their debt. In Zombie-Loan they hunt down zombies that shouldn't be alive; in GetBackers they get back what shouldn't be gone.

Despite having a different style and feel, these manga share a whole lot of similarities. - Both started their serialization in the 90’s - They have action and drama, even though GB has typical shounen elements (along with male-targeted fanservice) and is far less serious than X, which instead has many bishounen as well as BL bait - Common themes, such as granting wishes, fighting with ex-friends, protecting the loved ones, and world destruction - Opposite factions against each other, people with super powers but normal jobs - Large ensemble cast where supporting roles are as developed as the main ones - Several similar characters, many of which have a tragic  read more

Both with the same author and involving characters with special abilities or 'powers' working together.

Both series are about freelancers who try to make a living fighting crime, while barely managing to avoid the law themselves. Also the characters have superpowers: Natsuki and Ginji have electrical attacks, Ban has the "evil eye", and Sakura flies and stuff. Hyper Police is a more fantasy setting with more comedy and ecchi, while Getbackers plays up the drama. Still, I think it's a good recommendation.
