Manga: Ookii Onnanoko wa Suki desu ka?
A feeble character in a harem of beauties, with a sports activity as theme. And endless scenes of sexual inter courses with them all. These mangas couldn't be any more similar.

Both main characters are stuck in a love harem with multiple partners. The two MC's also have girlfriends that don't mind them fooling around with others. Both manga have comedy, harem, hentai, and romance elements.

Manga: Koko ga Uwasa no El Palacio
Both stories involve the main character becoming of service to a female wrestling facility. Both have funny comedic scenes involving the lead character getting use to living with a residence full of females, not to mention the high dose of fan service that comes along with that. Both manga show how the male protagonist helps each girl in a unique way by improve their wrestling.

Much the same involving the main character helping busty athletic females in their respective sport. Both have funny comedic scenes involving the lead character getting use to being around stimulated hot woman craving attention, not to mention the abundance of fan service that is exhibited throughout the story. Both manga's show how the male protagonist helps each girl in a unique way by improve their athletic talent.

Manga: Koibana Onsen
Both titles have plenty of sex scenes but aren't entirely hentai. Both are really fun to read at least in a male perspective since these are harem titles which is the ultimate fantasy of men. The difference is that Koibana Onsen's male lead doesn't have sex with other characters besides his main love interest as opposed to Rin X Mama who openly has affairs with different women and even goes for threesomes or more rather frequently

Both are hentai mangas that have a lot of laugh out loud moments. The main characters also share a fair bit of resemblance with each other such as having tremendous sexual capability thus resulting to a rather sizable harem of beauties

Both are really good ecchi / borderline hentai mangas that not only shows plenty of love scenes but also character affections towards one another as opposed to most hentai mangas where the female character generally gets raped and humiliated

In both manga, a guy comes and the original place is changed for the better. Harem and H genres. Hishoka Drop is in a corporate workplace setting while Ring x Mama is wrestling setting.

Both are Harem and H genres. Both involve a guy manager being main male character and doing H stuff with the girls in the group. Ring x Mama's group is a bunch of wrestling married women while Cheers!'s group is the cheerleading club.

Manga: Virgin na Kankei
Both are borderline hentai where the male lead has affairs with other women. The difference is that in Rin X Mama (Ring X Mama) the male lead is a likable guy and that his affairs are usually known to the main female character and its ok with her for some reason and even often has threesomes or more with him and multiple girls while in Virgin Na Kankei, the male lead is simply an unfaithful and unlikable character who lies and keeps on talking about how much he loves his main love interest while having sex with some random girl he just met
