Manga: Bokutachi wa Shitte Shimatta
Both Kyoko and Kotori are otaku girls. In fact, they play the same types of games! They are very similar, and I think that if you enjoy one, you'll enjoy the other.

Manga: Suki tte Ii na yo.
They are both about a cool popular boy who likes an unpopular girl. In 'Sukitte li na yo' the girl is a loner and in 'kimi ni moete Ii desu ka?' the girl is an otaku. Both couple experience different types of problems along the way. They both have an original art style though Sukitte li na yo is longer and, in my opinion, better.
