It when a young shinigami appear in front of you and want to take your life but the different of these two manga is that one of the manga is a little serious then the other one

Manga: Mirai Nikki
The art-style is very similar along with the atmosphere. Facial expressions are very fleshed out and events that take place in either will most likely shock you. You can't NOT think of the other when reading either.

The plot twist, the atmosphere, and even the art style are the similar. For a moment I thought it was the same author!

Manga: Bleach
Not only is the shingami concept in both, we have a character that looks simular, the brother, and Ichimaru Gin from Bleach. The artist for the newer peice, was likely influenced by Bleach in some ways.
