Before reading this manga, watching the anime first is recommended. I heard the visual novel, the original source was great too, but I haven’t played it yet. This review will compare more of the anime to the manga.
In this manga, many things are rushed and it lacks the strength to give the reader attachment to the characters and story at times. The Steins Gate manga has an abridged story from the original story (visual novel) therefore, some details and plot developments are lost but still remains a good story with emotional moments.
The art is good, the character design is different but nice and keeps its essence. The most important moments are very well captured and manage to convey the emotion of the scene. In short I think it is a good alternative to see the story again if we have already played the visual novel or watched the anime (a great adaptation).totally recommended and I give it a 10/10 because I love Steins Gate.
