Because I am a very picky reader when it comes to art, all manga here have at least decent art, with most being absolutely delightful. There is no manga in this list I've rated lower than 8. To note, about a half of them are still publishing.

These manga feature sweet and heartwarming moments that you’ll surely have an grin from ear to ear or either intense and emotional dramatic scenes that will truly pull at your heartstrings. This interest stack includes manga that I really enjoyed and some that weren’t as much to my taste, but i'll include them since everyone’s preferences and tastes are different.
