A bunch of women/girls who live under a same roof. Not far serious manga but Mai no Heya has many fanservices. 

Both of them have at least one teacher as the basic character, and both of them have yuri undertones. 

Both are shoujo-ai comedies and take place in a school. Gakkou no Sensei is somewhat more mature and has more ecchi scenes while Yuru Yuri is more cute with not as many ecchi scenes (Although I think the only ecchi scenes are in Chitose's fantasies.). Both feature an otaku (Kyouko and Yuriko), a down-to-earth and somewhat tsundere character (Yui and Sakura) and a loli (Akari and Akane). Well, Yuru Yuri probably has more than 1 loli since they're middle schoolers. YRYR has more than 1 tsundere, as well. At least 3 of the characters are tsunderes. Gakkou no Sensei follows a group of new teachers while Yuru Yuri follows a group of middle schoolers but each have their own share of yuri/shoujo-ai moments and laughs.  read more 

Both series maintain standalone narratives that mainly revolve around comical situations with a lot of sexual innuendo.
