If it's been a while since you last read a furyo, I think that getting back to business with a little manga drawn by one of the great contributors or even the father of the genre himself, Hiroshi Takahashi, is a good idea. Furyo is a niche genre but it speaks to me a lot. I find there themes that I appreciate approached from another point of view. I think in particular of solidarity.

Drop is one of the most ordinary furo manga.
Using the tried and tested codes of this genre, the author doesn't bring anything new to a work that we have the feeling to have read several times if we are interested in furyo manga. The characters and the fights follow one another in the most common way possible and few original elements are present. Some meta elements and references to other mangas (especially Crows) bring a very light touch of freshness. So I can only recommend this manga to fans of furyo manga who want to read the same story once again. People who don't know this genre should discover ... |
