It isn't some well-guarded secret that I have a prevalent bias when it comes to childcare manga. I mean all I ask for is a decent story and a cute father-daughter relationship. This manga utilizes that cuteness to the utmost efficiency and also has an additional plot to boot, apart from the usual father-daughter dynamic, which makes it very interesting. It's so good that while me writing this review, I ended up re-reading it.
Now the story is the usual everyday events in the life of the father and daughter duo. Now the twist is that the daughter is not normal. While the daughter's father is

a human, her mother is a demon. Due to that when she feels too lonely, weird demonic phenomenons start happening to occur around her. And for some reason or the other the mother is also not present there for the child. And now the father has to shoulder the responsibility of nurturing her daughter.
The story, and it isn't just some simple "too cute and fluff" type of manga, it depicts the relationship between the father and daughter and the uncanny problems that arise due to the impact on the child of not having a mother figure. I would say it has done a pretty good job for a lighthearted manga. Although there are mentions of mother in various instances indicating that she is gonna join the crew sometime soon.
Art and I have to say it is definitely good. Panels where there is demonic stuff happening are too intricate and detailed at times, that you will forget this is just a childcare manga. Another thing I noticed about the the artstyle is that there is a heavy use of different types of eyes, especially in the case of the daughter, to portray emotions more seamlessly. About the character, we have a daughter, her father and her mother, her sensei and her friends. All of them are good character-wise. About the character design and Sami looks a lot like Eri from mha, which was the first thought that occurred to me when I saw her, white hair, horns and reddish eyes. Others also have decent character designs.
I think I have laid down the points as the reasons for you to read this manga although I think I didn't have to because you were going to read it anyway.
Also, Sami-chan is too cute.
