These 2 mangas have so much in common - I love it ^0^ Both can be dark at times, as well as occasionally humorous - consist of a large cast , involve past lives, magic, plot twists, violence, romance, a Victorian setting, morally gray characters, brotherly love (not in an incest way), a mystery involving an incident which occurred at a castle - many years before the main cast was born , and characters looking for the answers involving their lost memories (relating to their past lives.) And maybe, and I say MAYBE, imply shoujo/shounen ai themes - but mostly have straight *cannon* pairings  read more

Both are about characters retaining/remembering their past lives. We see how their past live's memories will affect their present lives. NG Life is more about main male lead dealing with his feeling for his current and past love. Bokura no Kiseki is more about trying to remember more of their past lives, finding why they're able to remember and to learn about the reason behind the attack on the castle.

In both manga, the main characters have past lives and in a way this affects their current life. They must find out what happened in their past lives and resolve things.

Both are about a boy who dreams about his past life as a girl.

Both are a reverse isekai action/mystery where a reincarnated MC has to find members of his former world and unravel a big conspiracy.

Both are untraditional stories that goes way beyond the typical boundaries of their genres. Both are about reincarnation and connecting to the past, though Shut Hell takes place in the past and Bokura no Kiseki takes place in the present.

Both are placed in a modern world with multiple people having past lives.

Both series have some mystery and supernatural; their characters start to get flashes and remember someone else's memories, which in turn shapes the current events.

Both are action and have characters undergoing some form of reawakening- gaining powers and remembering the past

Both manga involved a class full of mysteries and they're both trying to find their 'king.' Lots of plot twists, mysteries, and hints of romance (that doesnt play a big part of the stories, which makes it great).

Both have people who have exclusive powers. Both involve magic. Both involve medieval kingdoms feuding with each other. Both involve treachery and manipulation. Both are highly intriguing and well presented.

Both are about people remembering their past lives. They search for others who are related to their past life events. Having meetings, trying to remember more of their past life memories. They retain their power from past life, 'esper power' for PSME, magic for BoK. Both also has 1 person who doesn't want to and afraid of remembering.

both are about people realising about their identities in their previous lives except bokura no kiseki has more action and fantasy

In these series the protagonist's lives end, only to find themselves reincarnated in a world different from the one they know. Their situations are opposites, but they both need to live in their new worlds. For what reason were they reincarnated and what awaits them?

Aruosumente and Bokura no Kiseki both have magic and medieval components and a mystery that the main character has to figure out. They both have large casts and complex plots. Bokura no Kiseki is more complex and mysterious but if you love it check out Aruosumente. The mc's are both male characters in a josei/ shoujo but they are not typical of that genre at all. The mc of Aruosumente is a contemplative loner while the mc of Bokura is more outgoing, straightforward and friendly so their personalities are very different but both of them are puzzled by mysteries  read more

Veronica is totally like Leticia, not only in appearance but also so strong-willed and intelligent

Both have quite manipulative main characters, Minami Harusumi in Bokura no Kiseki and Yoshino Takigawa in Zetsuen no Tempest. Both are concerned about finding out the truth about deaths in the past, of themselves in past lives for BnK and of Yoshino's girlfriend and Mahiro's sister Aika in ZnT. The storyline switches frequently between the present and past, in the time of Zerestria and Moswick for BnK and before Aika's death in ZnT.
