I have probably read more mangas with a parodical approach towards isekai than mangas with the isekai itself, this being another one of many.
Now getting on with the review, and the story starts as our protagonist gets isekaid to the other world, exactly to a world where our protagonist's smaller sister is a god of. She is summoned to the other world by some people who want to use her familiar powers to complete their wishes. On listening to the summoner's tall requests, mc breaks the news that she doesn't have that much power but promises the summoner to help in accomplishing that request. Also,
...
she has her own agenda of finding a way to contact her sister.
The story is pretty lighthearted and comedic except it has serious moments of its own too. And there I am in a bit of a neutral position, because on one hand the addition of seriousness makes it more compelling to read, but on the other hand the execution of those moments is done a bit poorly. Most of the serious scenes are abrupt, which, followed by gags and jokes, makes it not hit with the intensity I expect it to. I mean, you can have a dead serious scene on one panel and a barrage of jokes and gags on some panels down below. About the comedy itself and I thought it was fine, not too grand. While it's not like I had any audible outburst, just some casual thoughts in my mind that "it was funny." Which I think is fine. Although the parodical approach does make the story a bit more appealing and comedic compared to normal isekai.
Art is very dynamic, as the story is a bit battle-heavy. Drawings are detailed, with a very good use of speed lines to depict motion. Characters are good. The focal characters that the manga features most of the time are Ichika, our protagonist; Azulaila, a necromancer who wants to eradicate the world of necromancy; and Wraith, former Azulaila's and now mc's familiar. Beside them are more side characters, which appear according to the scenario. Ichika is very carefree and of a jovial nature, talking in a jokingly manner at times, but she is serious when the situation calls for it. Azulaila, on the other hand, is shown as calculative and easily annoyed, especially regarding Ichika's antics.
So I would say that this one is worth reading for a pastime if you are looking for some decent isekai to read.
