Quanqiu Gaokao is a web novel released on Jinjiang Wenxue Cheng (晋江文学城) for 166 chapters from October 12, 2018 to April 18, 2019. It was published in print in Taiwan by IYao (愛呦文創) from February 27, 2020 to April 30, 2020, and in China as a single volume omnibus by Beijing Yanshan Press (北京燕山出版社) in December 2020. The series has been licensed in English for the Singapore market as Global Examination by Rosmei.
