It's good. Pretty good. There's going to be a lot of inherent discomfort with the premise (12 year old boy and 16 year old girl getting together), but if you look past it, it's a sweet romcom about a girl learning how to love (and be loved). It's really simple. Like it's incredible how simple it is. If you want a feel good story, this is it. No insane plot twists, no being strapped to a rocket and being shot to the moon to defeat the Demon King, Eren Yeager, and the Ass Devil. There's bumps here and there to make it interesting but as ... a whole, the story knows what it is and plays into that strength for a nice decompression chamber of sorts. The art is also godly, Oshima Towa knows how to rock Clip Studio.

So I reiterate. If you you can look past the premise, you'll be in for a pleasant time. If it makes you uncomfortable, that's fine too.
