The beginning of a harem manga usually determines whether its future is worth reading or not. To determine such a fate, the characters don’t matter that much but rather than their introduction. Think of every good harem manga you’ve read, what similarity did they all have among the characters? Well, each love interest or character were introduced one at a time or with proper development before moving onto the next; if this isn’t applicable, then there weren’t many love interest to begin with. The reason for my mini-lecture was because this manga doesn’t follow said basic concept; each love interest is inserted into the storyline
...
without a smooth transition.
Seven. Numero 7. There were seven FMLs introduced in a singular chapter. Look, I’m already bad enough with remembering names and character personalities, so this was just a miserable experience. To say the least, besides for the first girl introduced, every fml is forgettable as lord. I know, the author is going to attempt to salvage his blunder by slowly giving each girl an arc, but let’s be real, that kind of development is boring, especially with the most unrealistic and irritating characters.
Obviously, there are more nitpicks I can point out with the absurdity of the plot or the baffling and “180” actions of the characters, but this manga doesn’t deserve that time. If you want a poorly done comedic harem manga, then this is it.
