Both manga are about a girl who meets a vampire and although at first one of them dislikes the other they end up becoming friends.

Vampires and issues surrounding whether living for eternity is worth it or not. Female lead trying to convince the male protagonist that living in the present is important as well.

I believe Kitchen Princess is a very romantic novel that also involves several other genres like comedy, drama, romance, school life, shoujo, and tragedy. Millennium Snow also involves some similar genres like drama, romance and shoujo. Both stories involve the main character choosing between two male characters. Even though Millennium Snow involves fantasy, both novels are really cute to read. Millennium Snow is about a 17-year-old girl named Chiyuki Matsuoka was born with heart problems, and her doctors say she won't live to see the next snow. Touya is an 18-year-old vampire who hates blood and refuses to make the traditional partnership with a human  read more

They both have love and separation. They are both also short mangas.

The characters and settings are similar. If you like light stories of vamps and werewolves, most probably you'll enjoy both manga.

In both, the main character is a girl with a disease and both have a goal before they die. In FMS, she wants to see her boyfriend, who went to America, by fulfilling the promise she made. In TYS, she wants to live long enough to see the snow again.

Both about a vampire that falls in love with a human and is rivalled by another. Only instead of quasi-human Zero (vampre knight) that wants to be normal, there's a spunky werewolf that wants to be normal.

Both Fruits Basket and Millennium Snow are romance mangas, and they both have some nice comedy and drama in them too. The main characters for both mangas (Tohru and Chiyuki) have very similar personalities, as do the male leads (Touya and Kyo).

Both mangas have monsters, romance and a cute story. Even the characters seem a little similar. If you like one, you'll like the other.

Same concept with the boy being a vampire and not wanting to drink human blood and then meeting a girl that they want to protect and love. Then later in the story you learn about another person that falls for the girl and in both stories they happen to be werewolfs with messed up/complicated pasts. Both are great and easy reads.

Both series contain similar aspects of the supernatural. Both contain vampires and a relatively ordinary girl (with the obligatory angsty past) who gets involved with them, and inevitably gets her world turned upside down. Also, among the main characters of both series, there are major feelings of guilt for past (or future) actions, making both series not only attractive in the adventurous, supernatural sense, but in the real life sense as well.
