Laidback romance. The couples live close to each other in the same apartment building. The female leads are curious about the male leads and their hobbies and come over frequently to spend time together. Male leads are a bit awkward and shy and the female leads are forward.

both are romances about neighbours, who don't know what each other look like (to begin with), as they gradually build a friendship and begin falling in love

You might've already noticed that both are seinen rom-com manga about working adults. While TY doesn't involve all-out otaku (Nokoru seems halfway there at best) unlike Wotakoi, there is a common theme of adults with peculiar tastes? There's more emotional (and overall) maturity in TY, so don't expect as many laughs as you would with Wotakoi; TY compensates for this with a short, satisfying and well-paced romance that will have you really rooting for the two throughout!

has the same atmosphere and feel, starts of with similar premise, and both stories are of office workers, if you're into that then you can check this out. Given that Telework has a finished story in ~20 chapters, do not expect the same plot within that length.
