More than 1 volume, well drawn, easy to follow yet interesting visual and narratively.   From Genghis Khan to modern day, manga on the steppes.   KonoSugoi is an annual magazine aimed at finding out which is the best manga with content published in the year of the survey. The choice is made by a panel of judges from the manga and publishing industry, and often reflects works with a lot of potential for anime adaptation.   This is my compilation of shoujo and josei series that I think could maybe, possibly get an anime. We've been getting a lot lately and I wanna see what guesses I make turn out to be correct.   The best manga of the year 2023 according to the magazine called kono manga ga sugoi! This stack features the top rated manga targeted towards women.   a "response" to a a interest stack called "Seinen is art."      An interest stack featuring the top 20 winners of the Kono Manga ga Sugoi!" (This Manga is Amazing! aka このマンガがすごい) annual magazine for 2023, with female and male winners included (so 40 winners total).   From Buddhism, Christian sutras, etc. to stories about emerging religious groups. Works in which some kind of fictitious religion appears are also included.   Manga series with covers that feature recurring design and composition elements, consistent art styles, gradual changes that show intent and overall harmony of the entire collection. I'm open to suggestions, I try not to add too many “standing character” situations, but will do so if the art is striking enough.   A list of the Shojo and Josei manga that have been licensed by Yen Press   I tried to compile an extensive list of the English Licensed Shojo and Josei manga titles where romance is a sub-plot at best, if present at all (many of these don't have any romance present).   I'm defining "modern" Shojo and Josei manga to mean anything that began being published in 2013 or later. Obviously personal taste plays a role in whether you'll like something. I'm also trying to focus on Shojo and Josei manga licensed in English officially, so some excellent stories will sadly be missing from this list (they should probably get their own at some point).
