I didn't see any reviews for this One-shot yet, so I thought I'd throw my hat in the ring to help anyone thinking of reading this.
Story: 6
This One-shot doesn't have too much in the way of a story, whilst not bad, it's not particularly outstanding either, hence the 6. The story follows a day in the life of a Researcher and a mysterious girl whose mood affects the weather—briefly introducing both characters and showing off the effects of some of the girl's moods (happy, angry etc) and their interactions with each other from both of their perspectives.
Characters: 6
With the One-shot being only 20 pages

in total, there isn't exactly a lot of time to learn about the characters but they have enough depth to them for you to not be bothered by them. Again, whilst not bad, they aren't particularly outstanding either but that's okay since it's only a short story and doesn't focus heavily on their personalities or how they ended up where they are now, hence the 6.
Art: 10
If you've read any of Naito Marcey's other works such as 'Matchmaking of the Amagami Household', you'll know what to expect. Excellent backgrounds and facial expressions, contrasted by simplified versions of the characters at times to show emotions such as shock or surprise or for comedic effect.
TLDR: Whilst not the best one-shot I've ever read, it is by no means bad and the author's art style alone makes it a nice way to spend a couple of minutes.
