FL is an infamous jailbreaker who is being transferred to the most notorious maximum security prison.
Her guard, the ML, is the beloved war hero of the empire. As the story unfolds, the ML begins to question whether the FL is truly a criminal or if there is more to her story.

of course this would all be hella messed up in reality, please call the police and get a restraining order or something if your partner is ever this insanely possessive over you. but in the world of fiction, let us just enjoy these messed up, psychotic, handsome men 🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤

• the art is chef's kiss!!! i'd also recommend the novel this was adapted from if you wanna read the full smut scenes that weren't included in the manhwa

A Kind Goblin's Bird [상냥한 도깨비의 새] - manhwa; josei
• yandere rating: ★★★★☆ 4/5
• "Did he lay his hands on you? Did you cry a lot? I will cut out his tongue, and gouge out his eyes."
• it was love at first sight for him- the moment he laid eyes on her, he was prepared to risk it all
• goes on a killing and torturing rampage to eliminate anyone who has ever hurt her. zero mercy, he won't grant them an easy death; he wants them to suffer as much as possible
• FL is one of those weak and naive types which i would normally hate but it's valid for her case because of her abusive upbringing and she's just really struggling with ptsd. there's a moment where she's able to fight back and i'm proud of her for it
• ending felt kind of rushed and unsatisfying, wish there was like an epilogue or something :/

• "I'll make her need me... with every fiber of her being... for eternity."
• the age gap in this one is different because they meet when she is 24 and he is 12, and then later on he becomes 32 while she's still 24, so... it's up to you whether you feel comfortable with that or not. but i can guarantee that FL is not a groomer and had no romantic feelings towards ML when he was still a kid!
• he's got very valid reasons for becoming as obsessed as he is with FL tho ;-;
• yes he's a yandere but he's a good boi i swear
• ...all the good deeds he did just so he could build FL's vision of paradise for her to live comfortably and happily in... ahh love

• he has black hair and glowing red eyes- exactly what i'd expect to see as a visual representation of the perfect yandere ML
• FL is actually equally as obsessed with him; guess it's what trauma bonding does to the both of them
• a yandere couple that's willing to kill to protect each other <3

• ML is secretly a super masochist and falls in love with FL because he witnessed her reprimanding her shitty family one time and it gave him a boner bc he wished she would hit/yell at him the same way HAHAHA
• but despite being a submissive boi begging to be stepped on by his beloved, he will not hesitate to kill anyone who disrespects or hurts her
• FL IS SO FUNNY IN THIS; she didn't know about S&M play and BDSM stuff before knowing the prince so her reactions to his masochism are hilarious
• she's constantly battling her inner thoughts, going from 'are you for real right now, you enjoy this?? what is wrong with you' to 'omg he has a face of an angel tho <3'
