If you were top 1000 in the last VR MMO game and could afford to live by only playing this game, would you take the risk to reset your character knowing that the next update of the game offers 3 new classes that could be better than current available classes ?
What is your goal when you play a game ? Do you want to live among the mass and follow the regular path or do you want to be among the best players, be competitive and get tons of fun and excitement in the process ?

Story : 7.5
The story starts with the classic formula where ... MC gets lucky and go through unique events. At first, i tought he would be overpowered, but he's not, at least not in the beginning. He does not win every battle and has to make use of his brain.
There is a lot of "MC doing unique quests on his own", however, he sees and fights other players aswell, takes part in the events regulary, so we can witness how's the world is moving and how much everyone is leveling up, etc.
There are hidden classes for each class and MC gets a hidden class of the Summoner.

The pace of the story is good, lots of things are ellipsed to avoid unecessary fight scenes or dialogues, and less interesting parts are suggested or skipped.
The evolution of his pets is really interesting to follow, sometimes surprising, always enjoyable. He has a lot of pets and every one of them is usefull at some point. He doesn't forget about them, even though he fight with, obviously, the stronger pets he currently possesses at a certain point in time.

Art : 7.5
On par with the high quality manwha artworks. Nothing much to say, it's more than enough to be immersed.

Character : 7
MC is smart, kind of a lone wolf when playing, and a competitive gamer.
The characters of the MC's guild could be more developped (i hope they are later on).
Interesting characters are only starting to get developped after a long time. Same for the high ranked Guilds and their members.
There is a bit of romance that is not cliché and very very sparse, i enjoyed it.

Enjoyement : 9
You know this is a good one when you want to know what's next after each chapter.
I loved the evolution of his pets. Everyone has a screen time, MC doesn't forget his older pets.
I loved the fact that we can easily follow his progression as he is compared somtimes with other players or other players are trying to guess where he is at.

Overall rating : 8
This could go to 7 or stay a 8 depeding on whats next.

I cannot understand why it is rated so low! Yes, there are many more stories revolving around a video game, but few like this one.
The story follows Ian, somewhat prodigy gamer who explores a very cool VR game. Ian has chosen a character class that was avoided by others--summoner--who were thinking it was going to be weak. Through hardwork, he put the summoner class on the map and is slowly becoming one of the top players.

The art is very well put together, with a diversity of characters. The personalities are well portrayed and Ian appears as a smart cunning student who will put his ... passion before all else.
