"The Druid of Seoul Station" is one of the most generic and uninspired power fantasy manhwas I've ever come across. The plot revolves around a main character who has been missing from his world for many years and returns to find Earth overrun with gates and monsters. This premise is not only overused but also executed poorly. There are literally thousands of manhwas with the exact same plotline, and while I'm not inherently against cliché setups, this one fails to offer anything new or exciting.

the most trashy power fantasy manhwas usually have some redeeming qualities that keep the audience hooked. This one, however, started off as mildly entertaining but quickly devolved into a repetitive, tedious mess.
The plot moves in a predictable loop, becoming more and more monotonous with each chapter. Attempts at character development fall flat, resulting in bland and uninteresting characters. The art is subpar, and the main character feels like a Pokémon trainer, taming monsters and using their powers to transform. He's so overpowered that he doesn't even need plot armor, which strips away any tension or excitement.
While I wouldn't call it the worst manhwa ever, "The Druid of Seoul Station" is a tiresome and disappointing read. Die-hard fans of trashy power fantasy manhwas might still enjoy it, but for anyone looking for a captivating or refreshing story, this is one to skip.
