Both series have the regression aspect combined with climbing the corporate ladder. However, the motivations and moods are pretty different. "Rookie Employee Kim Cheolsu" doesn't have the tense narrative that "A Man's Man" is able to convey. If you want a less stressful and laidback setting, with no high stakes narratively, "Rookie Employee Kim Cheolsu" works. The motivations aren't really that comparable. Both of the characters have motivations to climb the ladder, but in "A Man's Man," the protagonist works to save his friends and fellow coworkers from suffering under a unfair corporate, whereas "Rookie Employee Kim Cheolsu" wants to become the CEO.

Both are similar in the regression in modern times trope, where the main characters are striving for success in a modern setting. Whereas regression in fantasy involves saving the world or getting revenge on the ones that wronged you, "A Man's Man" and "The Legendary Return" focuses on accomplishing a dream of wealth. Of course, there are chapters that do focus on retribution in both series, the whole setting is based mostly on reality. Although "A Man's Man" is more convoluted than that and "The Legendary Return" is admittedly worse in some aspects, like art and motivations; both can achieve satisfaction if anyone is interested  read more

A very similar vibe to both the manhwas, both MC's are taken back in time, although in "A man's man" the MC reverts back to his old self, amazing interactions in both of them, MC is OP as hell with his brain in both of them.
