Manga: Border
The way the manga is drawn reminds me of one another. Both of the stories are about young people who live their lives trough hardships. ACID TOWN is shounen ai, Border is yaoi.

Both ukes work as prostitutes (however, in AT, the uke does NOT sell himself to the seme). AT is much darker, and the uke sold himself both in current times and in the past, as a child.

Everyone has something to hide. Maybe it’s a past sin or a current feeling, but there are just some things we want left secret in the dark. But rarely is that wish granted. Wild Adapter and Acid Town deal with the shady underbelly of gangs and the drug industry. They are both gritty, dark manga with psychically and mentally abused MCs who learn that there are some things worth living, and even fighting, for. WARNING: Acid Town has yaoi sexual content which is graphic, but not overly anatomically explicit.

They both have the same creator, Kyuugou. If you loved one of these two, you'll like the other too. These both are light shounen-ai, even though ACID TOWN has more darker themes in it.

Manga: Hoshigariana Kimi to Futsutsukana Boku
HKtFB (chapter 3) and AT involve protective semes that want the best for their ukes. In AT, however, the seme does not pay to use the uke's body.

They are both dark mangas that ukes forced into prostitution. AT is a long, ongoing manga, while it appears LC is on hiatus. Also, in LC the uke is a current prostitute, while in AT the uke has escaped from that past (kind of :) ).

Manga: Hohoemi no Nichijou
Both consist of dark plots and themes. AT, however, deals more with rape, and HNN parental abuse (in both cases, it is the ukes that endure this).
