bl manga and manhwa that i've rated 8+/10. we all know a lot of bl is kinda shite so this list had good ones that also have little to no trigger or content warnings but take that with a grain of salt

New manga challenge: A manga from every year of the 21st century that was entirely published within that one year (listed in order 2000-2022). So lots of short stories that cover pretty much every genre, so have fun and find some new reads!

the romance can happen either online or offline for the manga to still qualify, but there must be an amount of time in which one or both of the love interests are unaware of the irl identity of the other. characters may share facts about their lives with each other, but must not reveal their identities/full names on meeting; there must be a healthy amount of misunderstanding first!

manga/manhwa that feature office-based romances! this is a pretty open list, so fantasy elements are welcome, but the characters must be working in some sort of professional capacity, work together or within the same company, and must be seen to be doing work often. if the characters met while working from home, this may be accepted (home office), but work unrelated to a central office environment will not be considered (delivery drivers, superheroes, etc). if the couple met in the context of office work, but later chapters explore their lives outside of this, this may be accepted.
